Cooking Classes

Step into the heart of tradition through the universal language of food. Our immersive cooking classes go far beyond recipes they are a journey into culture, heritage, and flavor, guided by local chefs who share not only techniques, but stories passed down through generations.

Begin your culinary adventure at a local market (optional), where vibrant spices, seasonal produce, and the rhythms of daily life awaken your senses. Learn how to select the freshest ingredients while gaining insights into the regional food culture.

Then, roll up your sleeves in our open-air kitchen or cozy indoor cooking space. Under the guidance of a passionate culinary expert, you’ll prepare a full traditional meal from chopping and spicing to tasting and plating. Whether it’s hand rolling dough, slow-simmering stews, or perfecting the balance of bold flavors, each step connects you more deeply with the dish and its origin.

Discover the heart of a culture through its food. This cooking class gives you the chance to learn how to make traditional dishes with the help of a friendly, experienced local chef.

The experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the dishes you’ll prepare. If your tour includes a market visit, you’ll join your guide to pick out fresh ingredients from a local market learning how to choose the best vegetables, spices, and other items that are part of everyday local cooking.

Back at the kitchen (either in a traditional home, garden, or cooking studio), you’ll get hands on experience.

You’ll prepare a full meal usually including a starter, main course, and dessert (depending on the class). Once everything is ready, you’ll sit down to Enjoy the meal you cooked, along with drinks or tea, just like locals do.

This class is perfect for anyone whether you’re new to cooking or already love spending time in the kitchen. It’s a relaxed, friendly environment where questions are welcome, and everyone leaves with new skills and happy memories.
